Allergy Relief is a highly effective homeopathic sublingual spray for the relief of hay fever and allergy symptoms. Allium cepa – Allium cepa is the homeopathic preparation of the red onion. In homeopathy, we rely on a principle in nature known as “like cures like”; in other words, if a medicinal substance causes symptoms in otherwise healthy people, then it can remove those same symptoms when observed in the sick. It is the same principle that underlies the idea of vaccination. The original vaccine for smallpox was a lesser but similar infection known as cowpox.
Cutting onions produces a characteristic burning watery discharge (lachrymation) from the eyes, which may also be accompanied by a runny nose. These are, of course, hallmark features of hay fever. Indeed, Allium cepa homeopathic is likely the most prescribed single remedy for seasonal allergies. Its characteristic symptoms are a profuse, watery, burning, acrid discharge from the nose that drips like a tap, accompanied by a less irritating but profuse lachrymation from the eyes. Symptoms are typically worse in the evening and better in the outdoors.
Sabadilla – Sabadilla is almost as frequently prescribed by homeopaths the world over for hay fever allergies as is Allium cepa. Its characteristic symptoms include sneezing – especially when they come in a series of spasmodic paroxysms –accompanied by an itchy throat, and red, watery itchy eyes. A copious watery nasal discharge is also common. An individual needing Sabadilla often has red and burning eyelids.
Solidago virgaurea – Red, watery, burning and stinging eyes, irritated nose with abundant mucus secretion accompanied by paroxysms of sneezing is the norm for hay fever sufferers who need Solidago.
Histaminum – Homeopathy generally relies on the cure of likes with likes. One can also use isopathy, which is the cure of likes with the same. In other words, using homeopathic preparations of a glandular tissue like the pancreas may help a person metabolize glucose and have better blood sugar control, because the pancreas is where insulin is produced. Likewise, because faulty histamine release is tied to allergies, using homeopathic doses of histamine can help to moderate the allergic response.
Lac vaccinum – Typical symptoms for Lac vaccinum sufferers include feelings of fullness in the head, as if it is too large and heavy, along with nasal congestion, and a stopped up sensation in the ears. The typical presentation may include headaches and dullness of thinking.
